Online stores come to Brides' rescue during Covid-19 lockdown!

Whilst many of our day to day lives have been put on hold during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, life still very much continues! Proposals, engagements and even weddings have taken place during this very strange new reality, even though we continue to remain incredibly restricted. 

With the majority of our favourite stores remaining closed or operating under reduced hours and we restricted activity, online boutiques such as SHAIDE have come to the rescue for many ladies who have missed the physical act of retail therapy and those in need of a new dress for a special event!

Many of our favourite stores have closed their changing rooms, shoppers must sanitise before entering, wear masks whilst shopping and are prohibited from handling the garments which can drastically reduce the general shopping experience. 

So how's a girl to shop for a special occasion dress? Thank goodness we are here to help you and have taken extra steps to ensure your online experience is as lifelike as possible! Now with added gown product videos and fabric swatches, you'll be able to get a better idea of our dresses before being able to try them on the in the comfort of your own home and even better, you don't need to leave the house to go and get it!

Who is shopping for gowns during lockdown? Excellent question! Whilst lockdown ensues, birthdays, engagements and proposals continue, which all need to be celebrated with a special social media post and a gown fit for the occasion! Life doesn't stop during lockdown and you should be able to feel like a million bucks on your special day. 

Heard of a Zoom wedding? We have! Many of our brides who's in-person events have been cancelled are enjoying Zoom weddings instead! Live-streamed to their loved ones and posted on Instagram later, it's becoming the new normal!
