Start a Return or Exchange

Start your return by logging into your account, where you can also follow the status of your return. All returns must comply with our Returns Policy.

  1. Sign in to your account using the email address you placed your order with.
  2. Open the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Select Request return, choose the item and tell us why you are returning it.
  4. Submit your request. You will receive confirmation by email straight away.

Once your request is approved, your Return Authorisation (RMA) and return instructions will be emailed to you within 72 working hours. Our Returns Desk operates Monday to Friday. Returns received without an RMA cannot be accepted.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Exchanges are free

If a different size, style or colour would suit you better, submit your return request as above, then reply to your confirmation email and tell us what you would like instead. We will arrange the exchange for you.
