How quickly will my dress arrive?
We take one working day to process your order, and delivery is via fully tracked DHL — your dress will typically arrive within 3 working days. We don't ship on weekends. DHL is a door-to-door service yet DHL do offer alternative options if you are not home or there is a service-point more convenient to you. Overnight delivery options are available at checkout for US orders if ordered before 12 noon.
Do you ship Mac Duggal to the United States? Yes — shipping to the US is free, and typically takes around 3 days with FedEx or UPS. We also offer overnight US shipping.
How does Mac Duggal sizing run? Mac Duggal uses US sizing — our listings show both US and UK sizes for every dress. We have a Fit Calculator on every page to calculate your best size.
