Non-expedited orders take 4-10 days to reach you.
Dependent upon the delivery destination, International deliveries take between 4-10 working days.
Shaide Boutique offers a expedited shipping service on select gowns, if you require your item fast, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out express options for your order.
We dispatch all our orders via tracked mail carriers, following the processing of your order, you will be issued with a tracking number. Once your order has left our warehouse, please contract the shipping carrier for the updated status/location of your order should you have any questions. Once your order is with the shipping courier, we are unable to change delivery address or upgrade to a faster shipping service.
Please note: your order may experience delays over public holidays.
Please allow up to 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.
We do not store credit/debit-card details.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND COUPONS
If you have a gift certificate or discount code for our online-store, enter your certificate or code into the 'code' box at checkout. Only one code is redeemable per order.
Shaide carries XS - L sizing. If your size is not listed, you may be able to place a pre-order for your size. Contact customer service email@example.com detailing the style name, colour and your size to find out the options available to you. Portia and Scarlett stock is available in sizes up to XXL
Pre-order is available on certain pieces throughout the collection. If an ensemble is available on pre-order, this will be detailed on the product page. In general, pre-order items are delivered within 3-4 weeks. However, production delays are at the discretion of the designer and will be communicated via email. Once the pre-order is accepted, we are not able to make any changes to the order. This includes size changes, style or colour changes. Cancellation requests are at the discretion of Shaide Boutique and are only refunded as Site Credit.
OUT OF STOCK pieces
If a gown you are viewing is listed as out-of-stock or unavailable, it is possible to make a custom-order request. In order to do so, contact one of our Customer Service Advisors with the style name, colour and size you require. An advisor will reach out to you in regards to availability and delivery window if a pre-order is possible.
