If your order is shipped from our US warehouse, taxes and duty charges will be due in place of VAT. This is the responsibility of the customer and not Shaide Boutique Ltd.

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Shaide Boutique purchase. 

Refunds/Exchanges
Shaide Boutique accepts returns/exchanges on undamaged, unworn, pieces with all original labels and security tags perfectly intact. Returns with removed or tampered with security tags will not be accepted. 
    Returns received with any damage, fake tan marks, make-up stains or perfume will not be accepted. Tampered with or folded tags will not be accepted. Please take care when trying on items. 

      For reasons of hygiene, we do not offer returns/exchanges on Swimwear, Lingerie or Bodysuits.

      Shaide Boutique accepts returns/exchanges on undamaged, unworn, pieces with all original labelling and tags perfectly intact, which are received within 14 days of receipt, as opposed to 14 days from the order date.

        To return, request a RMA by email  Returns are accepted/processed during working days only. 

        You have 14 days from receiving your order to:

        • Request your RMA to exchange or return your order by email at info@shaideboutique.com
        • Only after having received your RMA, print a copy of our returns form, complete the necessary fields 
        • Ship your purchase back to us

        Items must be returned to the warehouse from which they were sent. Items must be unworn with all tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. You will be charged the shipping cost of your order back to us. 

          Returns take 2-3 working days to process once received. You will be notified of your refund/exchange when processed.
            UK Customers are entitled to a refund, credit-note or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Non-UK customers are entitled to a credit-note only. 
              Refunds Refunds will be credited back to the original payment card utilised at checkout. 
                Returns for refunds are processed typically within 2-3 days of receipt. Please note, your bank may take up to 10 working days to complete the transaction once it has been processed by us, dependent on their processing time. This processing time varies between card-issuers and we are unable to influence or expedite this process. If the refund has been processed our side and you are yet to receive it, contact your card-issuer.
                  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
                  Credit notes  If you have returned your order for a credit-note, they are non-transferable.
                  Credit-notes have no expiry date.
                    Exchanges You will be charged a shipping fee for your exchange.
                    SALE Items  SALE items are final sale - no returns or exchanges are accepted.
