If your order is shipped from our US warehouse, taxes and duty charges will be due in place of VAT. This is the responsibility of the customer and not Shaide Boutique Ltd.

Shaide Boutique accepts returns/exchanges on undamaged, unworn, pieces with all original labels and security tags perfectly intact. Returns with removed or tampered with security tags will not be accepted.
For reasons of hygiene, we do not offer returns/exchanges on Swimwear, Lingerie or Bodysuits. Shaide Boutique accepts returns/exchanges on undamaged, unworn, pieces with all original labelling and tags perfectly intact, which are received within 14 days of receipt, as opposed to 14 days from the order date. To return, request a RMA by email Returns are accepted/processed during working days only. You have 14 days from receiving your order to:
Items must be returned to the warehouse from which they were sent. Items must be unworn with all tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. You will be charged the shipping cost of your order back to us. |
Refunds | Refunds will be credited back to the original payment card utilised at checkout. |
Credit notes | If you have returned your order for a credit-note, they are non-transferable. Credit-notes have no expiry date. |
Exchanges | You will be charged a shipping fee for your exchange. |
SALE Items | SALE items are final sale - no returns or exchanges are accepted. |
