OUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Shaide Boutique purchase.
Shaide Boutique accepts returns/exchanges on undamaged, unworn, pieces with all original labeling and tags perfectly intact, within 14 days of the delivery date.
UK customers are entitled to a refund of the item/s + the cost of basic shipping, within 14 days of placing the original order.
Non-UK customers are entitled to a credit-note/exchange within 14 days of purchase. If your return is accepted, you will be processed an exchange or a credit-note to use against future purchases in our store. Credit-notes do not expire.
Returns received with obvious fake tan marks, make-up stains or perfume smells will not be accepted. Please take care when trying on items.
For reasons of hygiene, we do not offer returns/exchanges on Swimwear, Lingerie or Bodysuits.
It is the customer's responsibility to organise the return shipping of the item(s) to our London office (or LA/Australia fulfillment office if applicable to your order ), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend you return your parcel via a tracked mail service.
To request a return/exchange, email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your order number and the reason for your return.
Once we have received your return request, we will issue you with an Authorised Returns Number and Returns Address.
We aim to process returns/exchanges within 3 days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take longer. Please allow up to 10 days for credit-notes to be posted to your account.
If you have requested an exchange, please allow up to 2 weeks for your new item to reach you.
All Sale items are non-returnable/exchangeable.
