Shipping

We have warehouses in the US, UK and Internationally. (Depending on availability) We will always endeavour to ship your order from the warehouse closest to you to expedite delivery.

UK/Europe orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL - you have the option to select your preference at checkout. 

US orders are shipped with UPS or DHL

International orders are shipped with DHL

When your order has been shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number and you will be invited to sign up to text alerts to manage your order and remain updated with its progress.

When your order has shipped, you will be issued a tracking number to follow progress.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on UK and US orders over £199

SALE items do not ship free. You are responsible for shipping costs on SALE items. 

You have the opportunity to upgrade your shipping at checkout. 

Express shipping is UK Next Working Day with DHL 

3 Working Days to the US

Standard shipping takes a maximum of 7-10 working days. 

You are responsible for any and all applicable taxes and duties. These are paid directly to the shipping carrier - not to us. We are unable to refund taxes and duties as they are not processed by us. Tax and duty refunds are to be handled with the shipping carrier directly. 

Portia and Scarlett

VIP Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery is available by courier in and around Central London on select items. If you would like to organise a dress with same day delivery, please complete the following form.

Tracking

All orders are issued together with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, should you require further information/updates, please contact the shipping carrier directly, we are unable to advise on progress once the shipment has been collected by the courier.

If you would are missing your tracking number - kindly check your junk mailbox. If you would like us to resend your tracking number, email our Orders Team quoting your order number via the following email address: info@shaideboutique.com

Pre-Orders

Please be aware if you are purchasing a pre-order item the date of expected shipment. All pre-order dates are supplied on the product if applicable. 

If you have ordered a bespoke Swimwear piece, tracking will be provided 7 working days after you have placed your order as these are made-to-order. 

Please read all product descriptions carefully, if your item is pre-order only or a custom piece, this will be stated within the product description. 

Events

If you require your item for a special occasion or event, we strongly recommend selecting the Express International Shipping option at checkout. SHAIDE Boutique London cannot be held responsible for miscalculations in shipping times.

We have premium International Express services available on most of our items, if you require your item to be shipped using our expedited service please contact our Customer Service team as this option is not listed at checkout. 

We highly recommend ordering gowns for special occasion/event at-least 2 weeks prior. 

Please note: Timing of delivery is subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. Please be aware of this when ordering pre-order items. Shaide Boutique is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to the following; incorrect postal addresses information entered at checkout, missing customer information, adverse weather conditions or any other instances outside of our professional control. 

Please do not refuse deliveries. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery and the cost of return. Any credit-notes applied to your account will be made minus the total delivery and returned costs in the case of all refused deliveries.

SHIPPING COSTS 

In case of returns/exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event items from your order are shipped in multiple shipments, you will only be charged for shipping once.

International customers may be required to pay import Tax and Duties on orders arriving from outside the Country. This is the responsibility of the customer and not Shaide Boutique Ltd. Please ensure you read and understand our Terms and Conditions on Taxes & Duties related to import charges prior to ordering.
