Shipping & Processing Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped only on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK holidays). Please allow up to 1 working day for processing before dispatch.
Warehouses
We fulfill orders from warehouses located in the US, UK, and other international locations, depending on your purchase.
Please note that Mac Duggal dresses are shipped exclusively from the US - if you are ordering outside the US - import taxes and duties will apply.
Carriers
US orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. There are various options at checkout.
International orders are shipped via DHL.
Once your order has gone to shipping, you will receive a tracking number along with the option to sign up for text alerts to stay updated. You can also access your tracking information anytime by logging into your account or clicking the ‘View Order’ link in your order confirmation email.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and payable upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by the shipping carrier, not us. We cannot refund any import taxes or duties.
Estimated Shipping Times
US: Delivery typically takes 3 working days, depending on the shipping service selected (overnight and other options available).
UK: Delivery typically takes 3–4 working days.
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays. If customs fees are not paid promptly, delivery may be further delayed.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking info is provided when your order ships. For shipment updates after dispatch, please contact the carrier directly. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive your tracking email. For assistance, email us at info@shaideboutique.com with your order number.
Pre-Orders & Custom Items
Pre-order and custom items have estimated shipping dates listed on their product pages. Please read descriptions carefully before purchase.
Special Occasion Orders
For urgent orders or events, choose Express International Shipping at checkout or contact customer service to arrange expedited shipping. We recommend ordering at least two weeks before your event date.
Delivery & Refused Shipments
Delivery depends on payment authorization and stock availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missing info, weather, or carrier issues.
Please be advised that refusal of delivery will result in the customer being liable for all associated shipping costs, including both the original outbound shipment and the return. These costs will be deducted from any refunds or credit issued.
Shipping Costs & Returns
We ship gowns in sturdy boxes to ensure maximum protection during transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and all import duties and taxes remain the customer’s responsibility.
