WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order has 'confirmed' you will receive your order confirmation email. Following 5-7 working days, you will receive a subsequent email containing your tracking details and the shipping carrier. You will be able to click the link and be taken directly to the tracking page.
If your order was a pre-order item, this will be detailed clearly on the product page and an indication of delivery date provided.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER:
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation via Client Services. Orders that have shipped may not be cancelled. Refund eligible items may be returned once they have been received.
