Where is my order?
Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When it ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking details and carrier.
You can find your tracking number at the bottom of your Shipping Confirmation email. Enter it on the DHL tracking page to follow your parcel every step of the way:
EU & UK shoppers – customs & duties
If your order shows as “on hold,” it usually means the customs duties on your parcel haven’t been paid yet. Paying them promptly is the fastest way to release your order and speed up delivery.
To manage your duty payments with DHL, enter your tracking number at epayments.dhl.co.uk.
