Everything you need to know about ordering to the UK & EU.

Where your order ships from

Our gowns are shipped exclusively from the United States. Orders are processed and dispatched on working days only (Monday–Friday, excluding UK holidays); please allow up to 1 working day for processing before dispatch.

Delivery time & carrier

UK and EU orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery typically takes 3 working days once dispatched.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number. You can manage your delivery with DHL at delivery.dhl.com.

Import duties & taxes
Your gown ships from the US. Import duties, taxes and customs fees apply and are payable on delivery. These charges are set and collected by the carrier — not by us — and are not included in your order total.

To manage duty payments with DHL, enter your tracking number at epayments.dhl.co.uk. If customs fees are not paid promptly, delivery may be delayed.

Returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, with a further 14 days to return the goods — a total of 28 days from receipt. All returns require an RMA: complete our Returns Form and we will issue your return instructions. Please allow up to 72 working hours for your RMA to be generated.

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags, labels and security ribbon intact attached. Return shipments must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on the customs paperwork to avoid delays or charges. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
