US Orders
Everything you need to know about ordering within the United States.
Your order will ship from the US. Orders are processed and dispatched on working days only (Monday–Friday); please allow up to 1 working day for processing before dispatch.
US orders ship via UPS, FedEx or DHL, with several options available at checkout. Delivery typically takes around 3 working days, and overnight / expedited options are available.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. All returns require an RMA: complete our Returns Form and we will send your return instructions. Please allow up to 72 working hours for your RMA to be generated.
Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and designer labels attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Restocking fee: a $35 restocking fee applies to US gown returns.
